Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes to your registered local bank account or e-wallet. Hotogel is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be in the name of the same account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.

Wagering Requirement
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus value (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted).
Opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly is a serious violation of these Terms. Accounts involved will be closed and all balances including real money may be forfeited.

Game Result Disputes
Game results recorded by the hotogel server are final. Should there be a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server records, the server records will serve as the primary reference. Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be reported within 72 hours.
Technical Disruptions
In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, hotogel will endeavour to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be returned to the player's account balance.
